Take a 75 quart aluminum pot with strainer insert and
set up on an outdoor gas burner.
Fill pot 3/4 full of water and bring to a fast boil.
Put in corn, potatoes and seasoning. When water returns
to a boil lower flame to simmer for about 15 min. Add
live (THEY MUST BE ALIVE - THROW AWAY ANY DEAD ONES!!)
crawfish to pot. Continue boiling for another 10 minutes
until crawfish are bright red.

Spread newspaper on a large outdoor picnic table. Remove basket
strainer from pot and allow to drain. Dump entire contents of
basket onto the table and proceed to Pinch the Tails and
Suck the heads (of the crawfish) Eat the potatoes and corn if
desired. ( For better flavor the bags of seasoning can be
broken open and stirred into the water.)
