How about a recipe for browned chicken breasts?

Take 3 filleted chicken breasts, cut them in half, then
soak them overnight in a mixture of:

-1/4 cup vinegar (red wine vinegar is best)
-1 tablespoon vanilla extract
-1/4 tsp tabasco
-1/4 tsp oregano
-1/4 cup worcester sauce
-3 tbsp tomato sauce
-3/4 tsp curry powder
-1/8 cup minced garlic
-1/8 tsp black pepper

Now, once they've soaked, heat up a frying pan with a
thin layer of olive oil.. drop about 1 tablespoon's worth
of minced garlic and some diced onion into the pan, and
add a pinch of curry.. this will make the room smell
great, and start a base in which to cook the chicken...
Then, drop the chicken in piece by piece and brown both
sides.. after this, add the stuff you soaked them in, and
simmer for about 15 minutes, adding in some onions, sliced
yam, and anything else you'd like to add, along with a
bit of tomato sauce (and more curry and oregano), to add
color... serve this up with long-grain rice and you'll
seduce whoever eats it ;)
