1 cp little over cooked short grain rice,1 cp brown lentils
cooked,1/2 cp grated carrot,1/2 cp peanut butter,1/2 cup of
parsly,1/2 cp of bread crumbs ,2tsp soya sauce,2tspn basil,2
tspn oregarno,1tspn salt 1tspn paprika 1tblspn sunflower seed

Kneed all of this together and make into the size of a small
Manderine(Aussie size).Place on a baking tray and away into an
oven set at 200F.Cook them for about 10 min or until dry looking
on the outside. MY HELPFULL HINT IS TO FRREEZE THEM THE TOAST
UP MUCH NICER EITHER ON A BAR-B,OR IN A PAN
