That's not true. I too have been a victim of real rape twice in my
life and am lucky to be here. I did NOT enjoy the real thing, but
I must say, the fantasies still come and most likely always will.
I believe it comes from this crap that society puts on women about
being sluts for enjoying sex and such. Your mind reacts by giving
yourself an excuse to engage in all those "horrible, kinky, degrading"
things. Now if we didn't have people who judged you for those things
and calling them and you "nasty" for liking it, then we
probably wouldn't have to feel the need for the "excuse"
vice of 'fantasy rape'.
