Subject: Have a serious question about a certain song

I'm trying to figure out who sings the song they're playing so much now. It's
a sad, but comforting song by a woman, "When You're Cold" maybe?
She talks about comforting you when you're down on your knees and how you're
so much better than you think and how she'll be there for you when you're cold
and alone.

Thanks for any info. I'm going through a rough time right now and that song
brings on the tears every time. But they never say the damn title tell who
sings it!
