If you hadn't heard, Radio Shack had been bugging us to change the name of the Smut Shack. Apparently they didn't want anyone else to use the word "Shack" in their name. They mailed us a couple of cease and desist letters, and they blocked our attempt to trademark "bianca's Smut Shack" which made us very sad.

Happily, others noticed our struggles in this skirmish and have written some beautiful things. Below are links to a few articles that have been written, and below that are some resources you might want to visit.

Eventually we settled with Tandy, and now all is hunky dory.
