The Trolls maintain the shack, but they do not govern it. They are the caretakers, not the police. The Trolls invite you to form your own communities here, and find your own way. They quietly try to provide you with the tools to accomplish all your hearts could desire.

The primary occupation of a Troll is keeping the shack running, improving the services available, providing helpful information and enabling binacanauts to have fun, not be annoyed by annoying people, and do lots of cool things like building shacklets and hosting forums. While Trolls like to help when they can, they are not a technical support staff.

The Trolls are not here to tell people what to do, or to solve interpersonal or societal problems. The communities developing at bianca's need to solve their own problems, not have Trolls deus ex machina dictating every turn of peoples biancanaut existence.

Be patient with them, it's a bit of a chore to keep these old floorboards from falling in, with so much love filling the place up, and Trolls can be fickle.
